When you send a project brief or email us, we collect your name, email address, company name (if given), the type of project, your rough budget and anything you write in your message.
We use this information only to reply to you, discuss your project and prepare a quote. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Your message passes through the services we use to run the website and email (for example our hosting, form and email providers). They process it on our behalf and only for that purpose.
If we don't go on to work together, we delete enquiry details within 12 months. If we do, we keep project records for as long as needed for the contract and for accounting and legal purposes.
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It stores your theme and CRT-mode choice in your own browser's local storage so the site remembers them; this never leaves your device.
